A special CBI court in Ghaziabad has fixed 21st January as the next date of hearing on the agency’s closure report in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case.
The court ordered that copy of CBI’s closure report be given to the Talwars.
The court said since there was no chargesheet against Talwar, he should be given a copy of the report
The counsel for Rajesh Talwar on Friday asked for a copy of the closure report of CBI in the Aarushi murder case. But the CBI’s counsel opposed it, saying Talwar had been earlier arrested in the case.
CBI’s counsel told the court that it is upto the court to decide whether to order further investigation or accept the closure report.
