Ahmedabad: Solutions Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (SEPL), a international IT 
services company, offering clients innovative and cost-effective technology services and solutions sets up a unique PoC (Proof of Concept) Lab for the first time in India here at Ahmedabad. The PoC Lab setup in co-operation with Juniper Networks, a global networking technology leader was inaugurated today by Mr. Ashish Dhavan, Country Director – Juniper Networks. The PoC Lab will serve as a technology solutions centre and help the company to work with the customers to showcase various solutions and assist in solve complex problems by case simulation in the Lab and to gauge performance of different products and solutions. This is the first time in India that such a technology solutions centre is being setup informed Mr. Pratik Patel, Managing Director, SEPL. SEPL plans to setup more such PoC Labs in Mumbai, Pune and other cities in India soon.
In order to provide a more focused and methodical process and to simulate a real life scenario to evaluate technology solutions, Solutions Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (SEPL) has joined forces with Juniper to setup this PoC Lab christened Juniper Studio – a Demo Lab at Ahmedabad equipped with Juniper and other peripheral devices. SEPL is also in the process of enhancing the offering with complement products from other vendors of Network and Remote access products, Security, IP management and Compliance management, informs Mr. Pratik Patel.
The PoC Lab setup is mainly built on Juniper products and solutions, supported by other complementary vendor solutions. On the occasion of the inauguration of the PoC Lab, a joint end customer event is being held based on Juniper’s “Simply Connected” solutions and focuses on their Datacentre, Campus and mobility solutions.
Some of the prestigious projects of SEPL include Design, Supply and implementation of Datacentre and Branch connectivity for one of the leading Automobile giants; Supply and installation of large campus network at multiple locations for a multi-national giant engaged in medical equipment manufacturing; Design, procure, implement and maintain Secured Unified Access solution for interoffice and roaming users of a Europe based multinational Pharmaceutical research company, etc.
Today, the CxOs expect an optimum solution to their IT requirements with least interruption to their ongoing operations, planned deployment and assurance of interoperability with the existing infrastructure. In order to respond to these challenges, SEPL and Juniper Studio are investing in the series of “Technology Solutions Centres”. Juniper Studio is our first step in this direction said Mr. Ashish Dhavan, Country Director – Juniper Networks.
The Juniper Studio is setup to simulate the relevant customers’ environment with the help of senior consultants from SEPL and Juniper. They will evaluate the customer requirements and understand the existing limitations and pain points and accordingly work with the customer to simulate the scenario (where possible), evaluate the solutions and draw out a deployment plan of action. The Juniper Studio can also facilitate the exchange of ideas / experience of existing users, he added.
SEPL will also host regular workshop and programs for interested audiences to demonstrate products and solutions from Juniper and other complement vendors. SEPL will also provide advisory services and help clients through the entire life-cycle including (and not limited to) Proof of Concept (PoC), Consulting, Procurement, Implementation and after sale support.
Some advantages of Proof of Concept are: Address any design and impact concerns without affecting your production network; Test new versions and firmware; Develop the required upgrade and deployment scripts before implementation; Prove the setup works before committing any significant expenditure.
