In Afghanistan, 38 Taliban fighters have been killed in different operations during the past 24 hours. Afghan Interior Ministry in a statement released today said that Afghan army and the NATO-led troops conducted operations in different provinces, including the capital Kabul and Kandahar over the past 24 hours in which 38 Taliban rebels were killed. Eight Taliban fighters were injured and 15 others arrested during the operations.
