    New Delhi: To honour the young achievers of India, Network 18 in

    association with IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited (IRB), present the 2nd Edition of the “Young Indian Leaders Awards”. These awards aim to celebrate the achievements of Young Indians who demonstrate exceptional leadership and symbolize optimism of the country.

    The award ceremony will be held on 30 June, 2011 in New Delhi and will be graced by Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry as Chief Guest. These winners will be profiled in special half an hour episodes which will air on 25th & 26th June at 10:30 PM and the 2nd & 3rd of July at 10:30 PM respectively.

    ‘Young Indian Leaders Awards adheres to an unique process of selection, keeping in mind the nominee’s contribution in their respective fields. The Network18 Editorial Board drawn from the editorial masterminds of CNN-IBN, IBN7, IBN-Lokmat, goes through the nominations, shortlists them, and then arrives at the winners after many levels of scrutiny, verifications and deliberation. The awards are a salute to the nation’s future leaders.

    The premier trophy highlighted with Swarovski Elements, from Swarovski represents the patriotic zest of today’s youth. Embellished with XILION – the next generation of crystal brilliance from Swarovski Elements, the national colours of saffron, white and green crystals illuminate the impressive ‘Y’ shaped trophy.
