AIR Correspondent reports that the renowned Filmmaker, A.K. Bir, while formally launching the IFFI catalogue today, said that the festival is about celebrating life through cinema.
The festival will showcase the best of Indian and foreign cinematic excellence. It is also having a special package of top award winning movies in film festivals organized at Cannes, Locarno, Montreal and Bussan.
Being organized with an approximate budget of 10 crore rupees, the IFFI Director, Shankar Mohan said that this time it would be more people friendly.
