8th Freedom Cookery Class by Chef Puneet Mehta

Hyderabad : Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil organized “8th Freedom Cookery Class by Chef Puneet Mehta” one of the finalists of Master Chef – India Season-2, an initiative to provide a platform for ladies to learn exotic dishes in a master class by renowned Chef for the discerning audience at S.A. Imperial Garden, near Tolichowki, Hyderabad. The “8th Freedom Cookery Class” was conducted by Chef Mr. Puneet Mehta featuring some popular dishes with the healthy twist.

As a part of the cookery class Chef prepared exotic and easy to cook dishes with Freedom Refined sunflower oil which is clear, lite and low-absorbing, promoting guilt Free Eating. The chef prepared a variety of dishes like Bajre ki Raabadi (Rajasthani special millet soup), Egg in egg (Fusion dish), Hot n Sweet Chicken Wings, Chilli Garlic Okra, red hot harissa chicken with jalli paratha, Meat balls in hot pepper sauce with spaghetti (Italian classic), Punjabi Winter Special like Sarson main tangdi (Non-vegetarian version of famous Sarson ka Saag), Makke ki roti, Gajar, Gobhi aur Shaljan ka taaza achaar, Badam Pinniyan (Classic einter sweet from Punjab). Chef Puneet Mehta interacted with the participants, gave useful health, cooking tips and shared some of his most popular healthy recipes suiting the palate and the season. People participated with great enthusiasm, watched the recipes attentively, responded to the pop-up questions from the Chef and were seen having a great time.
