
ROSELLE, IL: Cherry’s Industrial Equipment (https://cherrysind.com), an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to solving workflow and safety issues in the workplace, today announced the appointment of Heather Racine, a resident of the Greater Chicago area, to the position of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/Sales Support Specialist.
In this role, she will support the Cherry’s sales team, serving as an administrator for their data and CRM systems, as well as helping manage customer information and incoming leads.
She comes to Cherry’s with a strong business background. Previously, she worked in the cybersecurity industry as Business Operations Coordinator at Nexum in Chicago, where her duties included coordinating between the technical engineering and sales departments and working with the company’s business partners to assure that all compliance standards were met.
Prior to her work at Nexum, Racine worked in the prepaid card industry for Blackhawk Network in Woodridge, IL, in operational process management. She holds several business certifications including Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce AI Associate.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. In her spare time, she enjoys time spent with her two children. She also enjoys visiting art museums and other local attractions.
A former nursing major who worked in the medical field for ten years, she switched concentrations and wanted to pursue other areas of personal and professional growth.
