New Delhi — Enlight Metals Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing AI-driven metal aggregators, today announced an extensive hiring initiative to support its nationwide expansion and accelerate revenue growth. The company plans to onboard 250 professionals over the next six months as it strengthens operational, commercial, and technological foundations across key regions.
This large-scale hiring drive will enable Enlight Metals to operationalize new regional offices and drive efficiencies through its expanding dark-store network and data-centric supply chain systems. The move marks one of the most significant growth-linked recruitments in India’s steel and manufacturing sector.

As part of its expansion strategy, Enlight Metals will establish a pan-India presence through four regional offices Pune (Headquarters and Central Operations), Mumbai/Navi Mumbai (Western Region), Delhi NCR (Northern Region), and Bengaluru (Southern Region) alongside ten dark stores and service centers spread across major metros including Chennai and Hyderabad. This network will bring the company closer to its customer base, reduce turnaround time, and enhance operational agility.
With projected revenues of ₹400 crore in FY 2025–26, ₹1,200 crore in FY 2026–27, and ₹2,000 crore in FY 2027–28, Enlight Metals is positioning itself as a national leader in metal aggregation and AI-enabled supply chain management.
