Mumbai: Able Jobs, a job preparation platform based out of Bangalore announced that they have placed over 10,000+ people since their inception in 2019. Metro cities like Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore contributed to 40% placements while tier-2 cities like Jaipur, Bhopal, Patna and Bhubaneswar contributed to 30% placements on the app.

Over the last six months more than 5 lakhs learners have enrolled in Able Jobs courses and started their journey to get jobs. Able Jobs trains entry-level graduates/freshers for roles in sales and operations. Job seekers download the app, complete the training programs and post completion of the course Able Jobs help them get direct interview opportunities with companies.

Able Jobs help students get into dream jobs by equipping them with the skills required to get a job. The learners engage in self-paced learning and use our app to get familiar with the content and are also given opportunities to practice with in-built exercises. After completion, they are put in touch with a Trainer, who works with them individually and trains them on job skills, interview readiness and solving any doubts or queries they may have. Once the learner is ready, their interview is scheduled.

COVID has resulted in huge job losses in the last one year. It has also affected millions of graduates from college who didn’t get any formal placement opportunities. During this time the students realized they are on their own and colleges will not help them get a job and as a result flocked to platforms like Able jobs for skilling and guidance.

We continue to serve job-seekers from all parts of the country. During COVID we have seen a significant growth from Tier-⅔ cities with people looking for work from home jobs.

Ravish Agrawal, Co-Founder & CEO of Able Jobs said ‘ India has one of the youngest and the largest working population across the globe and every year millions of graduates enter into the workforce with no idea of how to land a job. At Able jobs, we want to hand hold millions of graduates, make them confident and skilled for their first job. 10,000 placements is just the start of a bigger journey. Our mobile first approach coupled with AI assisted tools for rigorous training makes us the front runner to be India’s largest training and placement institution.’
