Acella Construction Promotes Ryan Klebes to Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating

PEMBROKE and DUXBURY, MA: Acella Construction Corporation, a leader in construction management throughout greater Boston, announced today the promotion of Ryan Klebes, LEED® AP of Duxbury to the position of vice president of preconstruction and estimating.

Klebes is the longest-tenured employee at Acella, having started with the company in 2003.

In this new role, he will expand his involvement with clients in preconstruction phases of projects, as well as with his management of design/build projects.  Currently, he is overseeing a 20,000-square-foot design/build project for a charitable organization, an 18,000-square-foot project for a medical practice, and a 5,000-square-foot project for a community youth center.  He also supervises four estimating and marketing professionals.

Previously, Klebes served as preconstruction director and project executive.  Over his time at Acella, he has been counted on to lead the firm’s relationships and construction for education and community projects, including cultural organizations, historic restorations, and new construction and interior renovations on independent school campuses.  He has also developed a strong track record of getting projects started strongly.

Klebes is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in construction management. He resides with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Harrison and Haiden, in Duxbury.  Outside of work, Klebes enjoys mountain biking, spending time at Old Orchard Beach in Maine, and traveling.

“I’m very happy to announce Ryan’s promotion to vice president of preconstruction and estimating,” said Dave Dirubbo, president of Acella Construction Corporation. “Having joined Acella only a few months after we started the company, Ryan truly exemplifies everything we strive for as an organization; his leadership and example have not only tremendously benefited our clients, but have also made Acella a better organization.  We are grateful for all that he has done for Acella and congratulate him on this well-deserved achievement.”
