    Monaco offers a tonne of fun in the blue Mediterranean Sea for the adventure enthusiasts. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a beginner, you’ll love the incredible marine life and warm water all along the coast. Race on a jet ski around the superyachts over the Mediterranean Sea at high speed with the wind in your hair and fly your way across the water or go for a banana boat ride. Fly with parascending and catch a glimpse of the Principality from the sky and finish the flight with a dip in water. The snowboard of the sea, wakeboarding in the Mediterranean is hours of fun. Strap on a wakeboard and let a motorboat tow you over the waves at speeds of up to 40km. Go for a flyfish ride in an inflatable raft for thrills and spills in the water.  Lovers of all things water can also go for snorkelling and discover the rich secrets of the Monaco sea bed.


    Or choose to go on a marine excursion to discover whales, sperm whales and dolphins. If you’d like to feel like a captain for a day, how about giving sailing a shot too? The Monaco Yacht Club is a safe and reliable option.


    For a relaxing day out in the Principality, sunbathe on the one and only Larvotto Beach whichis located on the Avenue Princesse Grace. The beach also has a Handiplage site which welcomes people with disabilities and reduced mobility to enable them to enjoy swimming in the sea. As a boon for the partially sighted users, the seaside can be enjoyed in complete freedom and safety. With soft sand, glittering summer sunshine, numerous restaurants, alongside volleyball court and playground area for kids, Larvotto Beach is one of the gems of Monaco. The beautiful sea views here are a real pleasure to one’s eyes!


    A modern town, Monaco has extended its territory by reclaiming land from the sea; do not miss the Fontvielle district rising up from the water. To start your Fontvielle walk, embark on the Sculpture Path and discover beautiful monumental works by world famous artists. Next make your way to the heart shaped Rose Garden.


    To experience traditional Monaco, a visit to the local markets at La Condamine is a must. The esplanade is surrounded by shaded arcades, making it a popular sport for locals to congregate. Next, meander on to Port Hercule. The port is home to many bars, restaurants and cafes where one can stop for a leisurely drink. Finally, move on to Moneghetti, an area dotted with private villas from the early 20th century.


    Discover the jaw-dropping Alpine beauty. Go hiking to the Via Alpina, a European trail from Monaco to Italian city of Trieste, travel through not less than eight countries around the Alps: France, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Slovenia and the Principality of Monaco. A perfect adventure trail for all the hikers. The European trail covers 5000 kilometres in 342 stages. There are five separate trails, from which the red trail is the longest as it connects Trieste to Monaco. Trekking the Via Alpina is an incredible experience in itself. Rediscover the simplicity and calmness of the nature in the Alps!


    Monaco is a gorgeous little country combining of top-notch European luxury with the idyllic splendour of the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to its daily sunshine and great outdoors that are extremely favoured in the Principality!
