  • AGC Networks Wins Avaya’s APAC Award for Best All-Round Partner

    New Delhi : AGC Networks Ltd. (formerly Avaya GlobalConnect), India’s leading enterprise communications solutions integrator, today reported Profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs 6.71 Cr. for the first quarter ended December ’10. The company recorded a consolidated sales/income of Rs. 131.81 Cr. for the quarter.

    Anil Nair, JMD and President, AGC Networks said, “It is heartening to see India revenues trending in the right direction and a significant increase in order booking over the previous quarter. We are seeing impressive traction from our growth engines including data networking, storage and information security solutions in the very first quarter of our current financial year. Our focus on being an enabler in accelerating our customers’ business with technology is paying off.”

    The credibility of AGC Networks was further strengthened when the company bagged the award for ‘Avaya’s Best All-Round Performing Partner in APAC’ at the 2010 Asia Pacific Partner Conference held in December 2010 at Macau, China, attended by 200 select delegates representing 84 of Avaya’s most strategic business partners including HP, IBM, Wipro, TCS and Orange, and distributor organizations from 15 countries across the Asia Pacific region. The award marked the contributions by AGC Networks across various categories like technology, competency certifications, projects, overall sales and new customers acquired.
