Airmeet Networks Pvt Ltd wins the IET India Future of Work Award 2022

The firm was conferred the award for their inclusive organisational models and use of cutting-edge technologies to create future-ready organisations

 Airmeet Networks Pvt Ltd. won the IET India Future of Work Award 2022 by The IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) India, a global engineering body at the forefront of innovation, advocating and leading technology use for positive social impact.  The firm was recognised for creating innovative products and solutions that assist in meeting the D&I requirements and facilitate new work arrangements in the post-pandemic world. The felicitation was done by Shri Suresh Prabhu, Former Union Minister with 10 Portfolios and 6 Times Member of Parliament at the IET India’s Future Tech Congress 2022 at the IET Future Tech Congress 2022.

In the last three years, members of the Airmeet team have demonstrated the highest level of ownership, commitment, and adherence to deliver meaningful innovations while keeping to externally contracted schedules. The team uses its own website, Airmeet.com, internally as a virtual workplace that provides a floor-like level of exposure. Numerous other people policies were also developed to enable team interactions, such as co-working space reimbursements. Airmeet employs its own feature dubbed “Speed Networking” as well as other interactive features on its own platform to facilitate cross-functional contact which allows for free-flowing communication.

The IET India awards aim to reward and recognise engineering excellence across the Indian engineering landscape. The first edition of the IET India Awards was successfully concluded in 2021, in celebration of 150 years of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.  Now in its second edition, the institution received a large number of entries from individuals and organisations across the country. The awards were conferred across seven categories – IET India Lifetime Achievement Award, Young Woman Engineer Award, The Youth Engineering Icon, IET India Volunteering Award, IET India Mobility Award, IET India Engineering the Future of Work Award, IET India Future Tech Award. The next edition of the awards will be announced in June 2023, and further details will be available on the official IET India website and social media handles.
