  • Amara Raja Group Wins the IDC ‘Talent Accelerator’ Award in India for Making Critical Breakthroughs in Business Transformation

    Tirupati: The Amara Raja Group has been conferred with the prestigious title of the “2020 Talent Accelerator for India” in the 4th annual IDC Digital Transformation Awards in India. Being selected as one of the winners across seven distinguished categories, the Group bagged the coveted award for its Transformation of People Systems and Processes – WE@AR  project which has been implemented in partnership with ‘PeopleStrong’. This recognition comes to Amara Raja, outshining an exceptional 1200 high quality entries from across Asia/Pacific. 

    The IDC DX “Talent Accelerator for India” title is bestowed to the technology program or project which has enabled discernible and measurable excellence in the organization’s ability to achieve business objectives by effective sourcing, deployment, and integration of internal and external resources.

    The other titles awarded during the evening included Digital Transformer, Digital Disruptor, DX Leader, Information Visionary, Operating Model Master, Omni-Experience Innovator, DX CEO, and DX Gamechanger. IDC’s DX Awards recognizes outstanding organizations that have made critical breakthroughs in digital transformation across the Asia Pacific region, spread across seven different categories. IDC’s DX Awards follows a two-phased approach to determine the country and regional winners.  Each nomination is evaluated by a local and regional IDC analyst against a standard assessment framework based on IDC’s DX taxonomy. Top country winners will qualify for the regional competition, which will be decided by a regional panel of judges comprised of IDC Worldwide analysts, industry thought leaders, and academia.
