In its annual report released today, the Pak Human Rights Commission said different kinds of terrorist attacks left 2,542 people dead and 5,062 others injured.
Regarding target killings, the report said 237 political activists lost their lives in the country’s southern coastal city of Karachi while the figures of killings in the southwestern province of Balochistan remained at 118.
