BRAINTREE, MA: Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC (http://jaynussrealtygroup.com), a leading multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that Partner/Manager Angela Nuss was nominated for a 2025 Boston Business Women Award.
The Boston Business Women Award is a prestigious recognition celebrating outstanding female entrepreneurs and business leaders in New England, notably the greater Boston area, honoring women making significant impacts in their industries and communities. The highly competitive award encompasses 100 categories to ensure that women from all industries are represented.
Nuss’s nomination, Most Likely to See at a BBW Event, exemplifies her ability to both network and connect others thereafter.
Nuss officially joined Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC in 2018, following many years of previous involvement as a commercial real estate broker with the firm; in October of 2024 she was named partner/manager. In this leadership role, she works directly with Principal Jay Nuss and Partner/Manager Liz Tavares in shaping the direction and growth of the firm.
Nuss is recognized for her professional work, community engagement, and leadership roles. She has been deeply active within the Toastmasters organization for many years, earning multiple distinctions, including the 2024-2025 Mentor of the Quarter Award for District 31 Toastmasters. In 2020, she earned the Distinguished Toastmaster Award – the highest honor bestowed by Toastmasters International – in recognition of excellence in both communication and leadership.
A member of Boston Business Women since 2020 and of its Inner Circle since 2021, Nuss has been co-moderator of the organization’s South Shore Facebook Group since Spring 2022.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be nominated among so many inspiring women who are making a difference in not only the Boston area’s business community but the New England community for women,” said Nuss. “Being nominated alongside those accomplished leaders is a huge deal to me. I am grateful for the support of my colleagues, clients, and community who make my work so rewarding.”
