Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited continues to strengthen its presence in Tamil Nadu

This is the group’s second hotel in the city, after Zone by The Park, Coimbatore which was launched in 2014. This is the significant development as it coincides with launch of “Zone Connect” – limited service brand under the Zone by The Park portfolio, which carries the essence and philosophy of Zone by The Park Hotels. This new hotel is slated to open by the first quarter of 2021.

Located strategically on Kalapatti road, the hotel is in close proximity to Coimbatore International Airport. The property is situated within 3 kms from Tidel Park which houses more than 70 corporate offices including the major IT Players like Wipro, TCS, and Accenture etc. The hotel also enjoys close vicinity to popular educational institutes of the city, Medical colleges, CODISSIA & Suguna Auditorium, two largest convention centres of the city.

The hotel being developed by C R Hospitality Private Limited comprises of 55 contemporary designed rooms, an all-day diner, bar and a banquet which makes it an ideal business hotel.

Commenting on the launch of the new brand, Mr. Vijay Dewan, Managing Director, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited, said, “We are all set to launch Zone Connect under our social catalyst brand, Zone by The Park.
