Asian shares today traded mixed amid hopes of Coronavirus vaccine and resurgence of Covid-19 cases. South Korea’s KOSPI rose 0.7 percent while Singapore’s Straits Times and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng closed almost flat.
Japan’s NIKKEI-225 declined half a percent and China’s Shanghai Composite index plunged 0.9 percent.
European stocks were also mixed in intraday trade. London’s FTSC-100 fell half a percent while France’s CAC added 0.3 percent. Germany’s DAX was trading almost flat.
