Assam: 12 miscreants arrested in connection with Bhumka killing

In Assam, security forces arrested 12 miscreants in connection with the killing of a person today at Bhumka village in Kokrajhar district. Official sources in Guwahati said that one revolver has been recovered from them. Police also resorted to blank firing when angry mob gheaored Tulsibil police outpost protesting the killing of the villager. Meanwhile, security has been intensified in Bodoland Territorial Area Districts, BTAD and Dhubri district.
