The Assam police has taken into custody, a Hizbul Mujahidin terrorist Qamar uz Zama.
The terrorist hailing from Assam, and involved in anti national activities, was arrested in UP last month. Assam police so far arrested 8 alleged Hijbul linkmen following the arrest of Qamar uz Zama.
