Bay Copy ,  a leader in Managed Print Services and technology for more than 50 years, has named Rockland resident Dianna Knudsen to the position of Dispatcher.

Her role will include scheduling service technician calls for their clients, as well assisting in the company’s billing department.

Dianna comes to Bay Copy from Arbella Insurance, where she worked in data entry and on the commercial side of the industry.

The Braintree, MA native is a graduate of Blue Hills Vocational Technical School in Canton, where she studied automotive repair. Prior to her work in the insurance industry, she worked at a well-known automotive service station in the Braintree area.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and outdoor activities with friends. She also enjoys traveling, and Norway has been one of her destinations.
