Conceptualized by Prashant Issar and led by Chef Sagar Sarkar, it stays true to classic Cantonese flavours—from hand-folded dim sums and delicate rolls to comforting wok-tossed favourites. More than a restaurant, Cha is a spirited, joyful tribute to Hong Kong’s high-street culture.
