Lakeville and Natick, MA: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate announced a formal brokerage relationship with First Colony Development Group and Lobisser & Ferreira Construction Corp. in developing and marketing Lake Point Village, a gracious waterfront community in Lakeville. The announcement was made by Patrick Fortin, a Managing Partner with Commonwealth Real Estate.
“We are excited to manage the sales and marketing of the Lake Point Village community,” said Fortin. “We have put together a strong digital marketing plan with 3D property tours and myriad tools that allow potential purchasers to explore the community right from their own homes.”
Lobisser & Ferreira have already completed the site excavation and property footings for the planned 66-unit development. Construction is currently underway, with the completed units anticipated to begin delivering in May 2021, with a targeted completion of the two-phase project in May 2022.
Fortin added, “This property is beautiful and unique, offering single-level floorplan designs with sweeping views of Pocksha Pond and the cranberry bogs.”
Encompassing approximately 8.65 acres off Long Point Road in Lakeville, Lake Point Village offers a serene setting yet convenient to local restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and major routes. Property offerings will begin at $449,900 and floorplans will range from 1,285 – 1,375 square feet.
