Udaipur: Bhumika Group, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, did a joint event with the members of BNI Udaipur Chapter to discuss multiple opportunities for Urban Square and for the members of BNI. The event took place on July 24, 2021, at the project site . Bhumika Group’s Urban Square is the largest mixed-use development project in Rajasthan and is ready for possession. The Group is offering the BNI Udaipur members to join hands with Urban Square as investors, set up their own retail brand, get a brand franchisee, or be the goods and services supplier.
The Urban Square, phase 1 of which is being developed with an investment of Rs 300 crore, is one of the few projects in Udaipur where work is proceeding according to schedule. There isn’t much inventory left in the mall right now. Since the pandemic, the project has taken strides of success by signing deals with some major retail brands. Urban Square has the best brand mix, with over 40 brands already signed up. BNI Udaipur is part of 2,80,000 strong business owners worldwide with 250+ members in Udaipur and have done a business of over Rs.65+ crores in last one year. BNI India is present in 102 cities with 41000+ members. BNI is present in 74 countries.
During the pandemic the project has signed eminent brands like WOW Momos & WOW China, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, United Colors of Benetton, Spyker, Just for Kids, Funland, Archies, Baskin Robbins, The Sugar Shack, Choco Fountain, Candy Kingdom, Masala & Curry KFC, Pizza Hut, Vaango and Caffeination. Recently, the Group roped in Spectra Hospitality Services to manage Urban Suite serviced apartments; the 68 fully-furnished luxury serviced apartments come in 493 sq ft size, and are based on the live, eat and shop concept.

Bhumika Group began the year by leasing over 30,000 Sq Ft area at the Urban Square when the real estate sector was looking for a rebound in 2021. The Group has leased out around 57 per cent of the total leasable area. The Group intends to expand in cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, and other Rajasthan cities, as well as Goa and Delhi NCR, in FY 2022.
