Five Congress MLAs who recently resigned from the Manipur Legislative Assembly joined the BJP in New Delhi today in the presence of Chief Minister N Biren Singh.      Former BJP MLAs include Okram Henry, senior Congress leader and nephew of former Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh, Panonem Broken, Oinam Lukhoi Singh, Namthang Haokip and Ginsuanhav Jou.These five MLAs were among the eight Congress MLAs who, in the Manipur Assembly, violated the party whip in the past, being absent during the trust vote, indirectly BJP-led N.
