Mumbai : Blue Star Infotech (BSI), a provider of software solutions for the global mid-market space has appointed Akhila Jha as General Manager – Delivery Operations. Akhila will be responsible for corporate quality management, program management office, technical training and MIS functions within BSI.

Prior to joining BSI, Akhila spent five years at Infosys in the quality department responsible for quality assurance, customer experience and business excellence across units, implementing CMMi and MBNQA standards. Prior to Infosys, she was IT Director at American Express responsible for service delivery of finance systems. Akhila holds three patents to her name earned during her tenure with Infosys and American Express. She has spent her formative years in companies like CMC and Eurolink Systems. She has been a member of the leadership council of Quest Forum and held the position of Project Director/Secretary of India hub at Quest Forum. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
