The menu hand-crafted by Master Chef Ajay Chopra and Chef de Cuisine Shamsher Ahmed offers a unique mélange of International recipes carefully blended with the traditional tastes and cooking style giving a new perspectives to grills.
The gastronomic variety on Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Kebab options are curated by Chef Ajay through ingredient sciences and complimenting taste analysis; thus breaking away from the regular Hyderabadi and Lucknowi grill varieties.
Some of the special items to watch on menu are Bharwaan Chaney ki mirch, Matar aur khoye ki seekh, Kamal kakdi ki shammi, Murgh shikanja kebab and many more served with our signature Dal Kangan and choice of freshly baked breads.
Unconventional kebabs like prawn kebabs with an oriental twist or kebabs made with lotus stem etc with a live display kitchen, commanding views and attentive service will make your gourmet dining an indulgent affair.
