    Published on October 10, 2020

Bangalore: On the occasion of Mental Health Day, BYJU’S, the world’s most valuable EdTech company, announced the launch of its wellness initiative – BYJU’S Let’s Talk, BYJUites will be able to access 24X7, one-on-one online counselling via chat in real-time, book a chat – either telephonic or video counselling appointments with an expert, and also get free access to self-assessment tests and wellness resources. The initiative aims to prioritise mental and emotional health and sensitize employees with the concept of counselling.

Commenting on the initiative, Pravin Prakash, Chief People’s Officer, BYJU’S, said “The pandemic has upended our daily lives. We have experienced a transformation in the way we work, function, connect, and even operate on a day-to-day basis. Combined with the overriding fear over health issues, these uncertain times might have been stressful for everybody. We understand this and are committed to prioritising mental and emotional health – just as we prioritise other aspects of our employee’s wellbeing. We are hoping that with the BYJU’S Let’s Talk initiative, we can contribute to fostering conversations around mental health and wellbeing of people.

With the Let’s Talk initiative, BYJUites can log in to the platform and select the therapist based on the issue and take the session forward. They will have access to counselling services in 20+ Indian languages, quarterly aggregated reports, stress assessment tests, online webinars, and various communication initiatives.
