Canara HSBC Life Insurance recognized among India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022 by Great Place to Work®

New Delhi  – Canara HSBC Life Insurance has been recognized among ‘India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022’ – Top 100 by the Great Place to Work® Institute, India, under the large organization category.

The recognition symbolizes our culture, which is based on the values of agility, accountability, and collaboration, and provides a workplace where women colleagues thrive, feel empowered, respected, and build camaraderie in an inclusive environment.

This year, Great Place to Work® India assessed 1,122 organizations where women employees made up at least 10% of the workforce and provided at least 70% positive feedback on the Trust Index© assessment, which is the Great Place to Work® Institute’s globally accepted framework for measuring employee experience. Gender Parity in Experience and Representation across Levels was also used to determine India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022. Canara HSBC Life Insurance also received Great Place to Work® certification earlier this year, following an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® India (GPTW).
