Guwahati : A career workshop was held on 30th December at Rajdhar Bora Higher Secondary School, Azara, Guwahati. The workshop was attended by Dr. Buljit Buragohain, a renowned career counsellor of the state and Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Assam Don Bosco University. The students of the school as well as teachers also attended the workshop. The workshop was inaugurated by Eva Devi, the Principal of the school. Dr. Buragohain discussed in detail what courses can be studied after passing the higher secondary examination and subsequently the career opportunities by studying various courses. Dr. Buragohain responded to various queries by the students and gave many valuable career related suggestions. He also informed about his telephonic counselling from 6pm to 9pm on every Saturday and gave detailed information on how students can excel in their career irrespective of whichever field they option to study
