Chennai : Casagrand Builder has clocked sales worth 105 cr. through its ‘Year End Lowest Price Promise’ Sale campaign between 5^th April & 8^th April, 2019. The year-end-sale promised the lowest price for 14 Casagrand superior projects which are spread across different locations of Chennai.

The campaign received an overwhelming response from the home buyers as 153 units were sold during this period. Ranging from 25 lakhs to 4 crores, these projects are aesthetically designed, loaded with many premium amenities, located near top notch IT , hubs, corporates, hospitals, schools, colleges, bus stops etc.

Speaking about this initiative, Mr. Eshwar N, Executive VP of Casagrand Builder said, “This initiative was taken to provide the superior homes at the lowest possible price and we are really delighted to receive such positive response from the home buyers. We at casagrand always believe everybody should get opportunity to materialize their dreams of having an own home and this was a step towards it. We are also happy to conclude the financial year on a positive note”.
