pop-up by the much-loved Turkish chef Yildiz Öz Samaha, known for her deep connection to Ottoman cooking and the comforting flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean.

The menu is curated by Chef Yildiz Öz Samaha, celebrated for her Ottoman-era culinary roots and her mastery of Eastern Mediterranean flavours. Her cooking is shaped by authenticity, memory, and storytelling, bringing to life dishes that honour Levantine culture while embracing artistry and refinement.
Guests can indulge in a spread inspired by Levantine–Mediterranean–Lebanese cuisine, featuring reimagined mezze such as smoked-tahini hummus, pomegranate-kissed muhammara, and za’atar-dusted labneh.
