New Delhi: The Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi, one of the country’s premier research institutes, has announced the “Udyog Rattan Award” to Vishal Manchala, Founder Director & CEO of Vast Technologies Private Limited. Also the company has been awarded the “Excellence Award” for the year 2010. His Excellency Mr. Korn Dabbransi, former Prime Minister of Thailand shall be presenting the award on 13th January 2011 at the seminar on “Indo-Thai Economic cooperation” in Bangkok, Thailand.

The honour is in recognition of Mr. Vishal Manchals’s achievements in quality, innovation and management in the I.T sector. Vishal hails from a middle class business family of Korutla town, Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh and is the youngest CEO to achieve this award at the age of 23.

He completed his Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and then finished his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi. He has also obtained an MBA Degree from International Management Institute, Belgium.

Coming from a business class family, he was exposed to the traditional business from childhood. He has closely observed International business practices and explored Global opportunities. Having obtained enough expertise and exposure, he started VAST Technologies Private Limited in the year 2009 with the mission to provide value added technology services. The model was about adding an advantage of technology for business promotions and operations.
