New Delhi: JW Marriott Chandigarh is delighted to announce the appointment of Executive Chef Pallav Singhal. In his position, he will oversee the culinary operations of the hotel including Saffron (Fine Dining Indian), Oregano Restaurant & Bar (Italian), The Café@JW (All Day Dining), Chandigarh Baking Company (Deli & Patisserie) and Banquet Catering. Having been associated with various hotel brands through his career spanning 15 years, Chef Pallav joins the Marriott family with rich experience.

A hotel management graduate from Institute of Hotel Management New Delhi, Chef Pallav was initiated into hospitality at an early age of 12 when his passion for food was identified. He began his career with Hyatt Regency, New Delhi while pursuing a management training program at the Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd in New Delhi
