Health Secretary, Preeti Sudan today chaired a meeting with the senior officials of the Ministry to review the actions and preparedness for the prevention and management of Novel Coronavirus.
She informed that the situation is under control. The Health Secretary suggested the states and union territory to remain and vigilant on a continued basis.
She informed that the process of screening of passengers is going on in all 21 airports, 12 major seaports and border crossings. Ms. Sudan said, in all 2,148 flights and over 2 lakh 32 thousand passengers were screened so far.
