    New Delhi: AnnaMaya, the Modern foodhall at Andaz Delhi, a luxury lifestyle hotel by Hyatt, has created a thoughtfully curated Navrati menu, consisting of a special Navratri Thali as well as an ala carte feast. The menu, which will be available from September 26th, 2022 till October 5th 2022, is made completely using Indian origin Satvik food, and offers an array of traditional fasting recipes as part of their special Navratri Thali.

    AnnaMaya’s wholesome Navratri Thali comprises of 10 food choices, including Kuttu ki papdi & Burrata chat

    with crispy quinoa, Shahi paneer, Aloo ki subji, Samak chawal, Anar raita, Kuttu ki poori, Sabudana papad and Quinoa Gulab ki kheer. Priced at INR 2200 + taxes, all the ingredients used to prepare each of these delicacies are locally sourced.

    Guests can also indulge in AnnaMaya’s Navratri ala carte menu, which comprises specialities such as Aloo ki chaat, Kuttu ki Poori, Khatta Meetha Petha, Samak ke Chawal ka Pulao. The menu is also accompanied with Navratri Special beverages such as Chamomile Apple and Mint Iced Tea and Coconut Water.
