For this unique festival,our inhouse- culinary maestro Chef Rajeev and his team of talented chefs have come together to bring us the authentic flavors of the different regions of India. Chef Enayat Khan crafts the perfect Hyderabadi Biryani with distinct flavors and saffron, Chef Sirajuddin takes us to the Mughal Era as he prepares the perfect Lucknowi Biryani with aromatic spices. The epic trail takes us to the Cultural Capital of India as Chef Biswarup presents the well-balanced Kolkata Biryani with a gentle touch of local spices. Discover our Namma Bengaluru’s rich past by descending into the Donne Biryani prepared by Chef Murugan. Not just this, patrons can indulge in the distinctive aroma of Ambur Biryani, from Tamil Nadu, which is distinguished by the inclusion of seeraga samba rice, the Malabar Biryani, Chettinad Biryani, Pakki Biryani and much more as part of this exceptional culinary experience.
