Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, one of the city’s most beloved hospitality destinations, invites all biryani lovers to experience its grand Biryani Festival. This eight-day culinary journey kicks off on the 22nd of September at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, The Hebbal Café.
For this unique festival, our in-house culinary maestro, Chef Rajeev, and his talented team have crafted a menu showcasing the authentic flavors of India’s diverse regions. Guests will be treated to specialties like Hyderabadi Dum Biryani with its distinctive saffron aroma, Purani Dilli Biryani, and the indulgent Mughlai Biryani. The festival also highlights Bengaluru’s culinary heritage with Donne Biryani, as well as Tamil Nadu’s Thalapakatti Biryani and Ambur Biryani.
To further elevate the dining experience, The Hebbal Café will offer a specially crafted mocktail, expertly chosen by the in-house bartender to complement the rich flavors of the biryanis. Additionally, a themed Sunday Brunch will provide a lively atmosphere where guests can immerse themselves in a full biryani spread.
