Gurugram : COVID-19 vaccinations begin at Medeor Hospital, Manesar where over 65 healthcare staff members were received vaccine shot today.

After receiving the 1^st shot of Covid-19 Vaccine, Ms. Aakansha, Staff Nurse, Medeor Hospital Manesar said, “I feel privileged to receive the first shot of the COVID Vaccine today. While staying away from our families and loved ones was extremely challenging for us; what was even more painful was to see the helplessness and emotional trauma of the COVID patients. Almost from one year there has been a constant fight with the coronavirus, now the availability of vaccine will be helpful to better take care of our patients.”

Dr. Suraj Bhan, Medical Superintendent, Medeor Hospital Manesar, said, “Our Doctors and staff has done commendable job working round the clock not only to serve covid patients but also stayed in touch with their family members through all possible mode of communications updating them about recovery from disease.”

Dr. Bhan further added, “To ensure seamlessness vaccination process, all preparation such as training of the staff, demarcation and sanitization of designated area etc. were done in advance. Response from our staff member was very encouraging and we have vaccinated over 65 healthcare workers. All staff members who received the vaccination were comfortable and have not reported any adverse reaction.”
