Cricketers S Sreesanth and Ankit Chavan were on Monday granted bail by a Delhi court in IPL spot-fixing case.
The court also granted bail to 17 other accused, including 14 bookies, in the case.
The court observed there is no reason for believing that the accused are guilty under MCOCA at this stage.
Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar has said they will examine the order before deciding the future course of action.He refused to take any further questions .
Delhi Police had arrested 19 people, including three cricketers S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankit Chavan of Rajasthan Royals and 16 bookies and punters who were allegedly involved in spot-fixing during the just-concluded IPL series.
