Davies & Associates, LLC, (D&A) a leading immigration & business law firm based out of New York is delighted to announce the expansion of their California team with the addition of Deepak Ahluwalia as Senior Counsel, based in Fresno, California.
Operating worldwide, including India, Italy, Vietnam, Grenada and the United Kingdom, the firm helps its clientele to obtain EB5, E2, E1, L1 Visas for the United States, as well as Citizenship by Investment in Grenada, Turkey and elsewhere. The newly appointed Senior Counsel will play an instrumental role in facilitating D&A’s operations in his jurisdiction.
Deepak Ahluwalia is a highly skilled US lawyer who brings aboard 6 years of experience with expertise in Asylum and Deportation defence. He has been practicing immigration law since 2015. Deepak has extensive experience working on removal and deportation cases and has litigated several hundred cases before the Immigration Courts. In one of his previous capacities, Deepak worked for one of the top U.S. immigration law firms in Toronto, Ontario, where he was responsible to actuate on his expertise with corporates and clients on all matters related to corporate and employment immigration.
His expertise in working with immigrants of varied nationalities has led him to be interviewed by leading media outlets such as: The Guardian, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Vice News and CNN. Deepak would be responsible for litigating asylum and deportation defense, as well as with supporting EB5 and E2 Investor Visa clients.
