Davies & Associates, LLC (D&A), A leading New York based immigration law firm, today announced the appointment of Blake Harrison as Chief EB5 Immigration Counsel. Coming aboard with a decade long experience of servicing EB-5 clients, Blake will be instrumental in expanding D&A’s footprint to San Francisco and will be catering to the firm’s global clientele.

Blake attained his Juris Doctor at West Virginia University. He further attained a Master of Law degree with a specialization in immigration law from Golden Gate University School of Law. Additionally, he also acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from West Virginia University College of Business & Economics, having received a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Tennessee. While Blake specialises in the EB-5 investor visa program, he has extensive experience in a range of immigration cases, from family and employment to humanitarian and naturalization.

Talking about the appointment, Mr. Mark Davies, Global Chairman at Davies & Associates, LLC said,“We are excited to add Blake’s many years of experience to our firm’s US immigration capabilities. Blake comes on board at a time when demand for the EB-5 Investor Visa from India is growing fast after a two-year lull. There have been some exciting developments in the industry with the Regional Centre Program being reauthorized for five and a half years after a break at an increased minimum investment amount of $800,000. We strongly believe that Blake will contribute significantly to efficiently guiding our clients from across the globe, especially India with their EB-5 applications.”

“Davies & Associates has a long-standing reputation in the EB-5 in India, which is one of the biggest global market for this visa category,” said Blake Harrison. “I look forward to working closely with the firm’s Indian clients, helping them realise their dreams of obtaining a Green Card for themselves or their children.”

Over his enterprising career, Blake has filed over 200 EB-5 visa applications and has remained by his clients’ side long after their Green Card has been issued.
