Debolal Gorlosa New CEM of 12th NCHAC

Haflong :Former Chief Executive Member Sri Debolal Gorlosa has been appointed as the chief Executive Member 
of the 12h North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council with immediate effect vide notification of Government of Assam, Hill Areas Department Orders by The Governor Notification Dated Dispur, the 12th February, 2019 No.HAD.166/2013/56.
It is stated that in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 20 of the Assam Autonomous Districts (Constitution of District Councils) Rules, 1951, as amended and as applicable to the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong, the Governor of Assam is pleased to appoint Sri Debolal Gorlosa as the Chief Executive Member of the 12h North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council with immediate effect.
Earlier also Gorlosa served as the CEM of NCHAC for two and half year thus Gorlosa will hold the office of the CEM of NCHAC for the 2nd time.
