    Denta Mitra, the Ai powered dental care start-up has launched several initiatives such as COVID Help Tracker, 24×7 helpline support to help combat second wave of the pandemic.

    Bengaluru: The second wave of the pandemic has taken the country by storm. There is a steady rise in the number of cases in almost every part of India. This rise is straining our medical infrastructure, which in turn is creating a shortage of resources including hospital beds, medicines, ventilators and plasma among other things.

    Amid the present circumstance, the lack of a centralised information system has made it difficult for people to get the resources they need to help their ailing friends and family members. The Bengaluru-based digital dental service provider Denta Mitra is leaving no stone unturned for combating the pandemic.

    The digital dental healthcare released a Covid help tracker that can help people find oxygen cylinders, plasma, hospital beds, injections through a real time guide. This is currently available for android phone users and is simple to use.

    Denta Mitra users can access these resources by tapping on “COVID Resources” tab and going to the resources section. Users can pick from six resources type i.e Remdesir & Tocilizumab, Oxygen cylinders, Plasma, Fabiflu & Favipiravir, ICU & Ventilator and Hospital Beds. These list of emergency resources serve as the guides for real-time information as people put on their emergency tweets.

    To make Oral healthcare and COVID-19 support accessible by all, this healthcare excellence winner startup recently conducted training program for deaf and dumb on how to use Denta Mitra AI-powered app for availing affordable dental treatment services. The dental startup used sign language as the mode of communication for training.

    During COVID-19 situation, where people are scared to visit an oral clinic or hospital, Denta Mitra comes as a boon. As claimed by Denta Mitra, this startup served more than 3000 patients so far in the pandemic through Video consultations and doorstep visits.
