Kokrajhar : The online / offline Functioning of “Dharitree” project of Land Revenue was formally introduced in Kokrajhar Revenue Circle.
The Chief of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Hagrama Mohilary inaugurated the “Dharitree” project at a function held at Kokrajhar Revenue Circle Office premises in the presence of BTC Principal secretary Biren Chandra Phukan, BTC Executive Members – Doneswar Goyary, Rajib Kr Brahma, Kokrajhar Deputy Commissioner Partha Pratim Mazumder.
In his speech the BTC expressed his pleasure over the introduction of computerized processed of generation and maintenance of land records in a very short period of time at the circle office level.
Dipan Barman, Circle Officer, Kokrajhar Revenue Circle, said the system eventually will promote faster, accurate and less time consuming official process. He called upon all to take advantage of the benefits of this system which was introduced by the BTC authority.
With the introduction of Dharitee scheme, public can attain a copy of jamabandhi applying online with a minimal fee of Rs. 30 within 7 days, can attain a certificate of land holding applying online with a minimal fee of Rs. 20 within 10 days, can attain income certificate applying online with a minimal fee of Rs. 15 within 5 days.
BTC Principal Secretary Biren Chandra Phukan informed that the “Dharitree” project would be implemented in all the Revenue Circle Offices in four districts with the Bodoland region within a very short period of time.
