Haflong  : Chief Executive Member North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa laid the Foundation Stone for beginning the work of world class New Cricket Stadium- “Dima Hasao Cricket Stadium” at Umrangso some 110 km from Haflong along with Shri Romen Dutta, President ACA, Shri Devajit Saikia, Secretary ACA, EMs & MAC NCHAC, Officials of Assam Cricket Association, Dima Hasao District Sports Association and Garampani Sports Association on Saturday.

After laying the foundation stone CEM Gorlosa said it gives him immense happiness to lay the foundation as the Mother Nature has bestowed Dima Hasao with immense natural beauty and with the coming up of this Stadium will give a much needed boost to Sports Sector, Tourism Sector, entrepreneurship Sector and much more. He also expressed his happiness saying that the Spectacular-Picturesque Grandeur Dima Hasao was getting facilities in many fronts.  

He also shared the View of the Proposed Model of which is going to be one of the Country best Cricket Stadium to come up at Umrangso.
