Nila restaurant represents the exquisite merger of Norwegian and Indian culinary traditions. The very name “Nila” is a poetic reflection of this seamless merger, where the letters “N” and “I” beautifully intertwine, symbolising the harmonious blend of Norwegian and Indian influences.
