Guwahati :In a major breakthrough in the Dokmoka mob attack incident, police has been successful in arresting Alphajoz Timung who is also known as Alpha. The prime accused Alphajoz Timung has been arrested after an intense search mission undertaken by the Karbi Anglong police. Reportedly, it was Timung who had instigated the villagers to attack Nilotpal – Abhijeet, terming them as child abductors. He was even accused of calling people over phone from various places to attack the two innocent souls. Timung had been arrested from a remote hideout. As per reports, in connection to the incident 27 have been arrested till now and at the same time, 25 have been arrested in connection to circulating videos or hate messages over social media.Prime accused Alphajoz Timung also known as Alpha, who had been arrested by the Karbi Anglong police on Tuesday night reveals shocking plot behind the Nilotpal – Abhijeet mob attack. According to statement given by Timung, the two youths from Guwahati had indulged in an argument with the accused at the Kangthilangso Falls. During the argument, to make Timung’s hold stronger, he calls men to join him. Seeing the situation getting worse, Nilotpal and Abhijeet leave the spot. Following Timung’s orders, stones had been hurled at the SUV in which the two youths were travelling. Another person had followed them on a bike. Reportedly, it was then that Timung had called people over phone from nearby villages and had informed that the people travelling in the SUV had kidnapped a child. He then ordered the villagers to attack Nilotpal and Abhijeet.
