The Election Commission has issued new expenditure guidelines for the elections. While talking to reporters at Patna today, the Chief Election Commissioner Mr. S.Y Qureshi said that these guidelines will be made effective in the forthcoming Bihar assembly election.
Mr. Qureshi hoped that the new guidelines will be helpful to control money power in elections. The Chief Election Commissioner said that guidelines for paid news has also been formulated.
