  • India’s largest educational exhibition and summit, ‘Edutainment Show’ saw a power-packed 6th edition in Mumbai and Delhi. The Mumbai edition was held on 18th – 19th May while the Delhi edition recently concluded in Delhi on 1st and 2nd June 2018. Edutainment show is an initiative of Event Capital, a Laqshya Media Group company.

    The Delhi edition was curated to offer aspiring students exciting career options across mainstream careers like engineering, law, medicine and management; and also alternative fields such as advertising, event management, fashion, graphic designing, product designing, animation and VFX, film etc. It provides a platform for students to explore various fields of education and participate in informative panel discussions and sessions by industry stalwarts. 

    Some of the speakers slotted to speak at this two day event were Jitin Chawla, Founder & Director – Centre for Career Development; Manoj K Sharma, MD, PR Guru; Sanjoy Roy, President – EEMA; Chaiti Narula, Anchor – CNN news 18; Ujjwal Chowdhury, Head of School of Media, Pearl Academy;  Shefali Bapat, President – Leap India Institute; Siddhartha Dubey, Member of the Board of Governors at American Embassy School; Amitabh Srivastava, Advisor and Group Business Development, Laqshya Media Group; Dr. Jaideep Chaterjee, Vice Dean, Jindal School of Art & Architecture; Amith Prabhu, (Dean, School of Communications and Reputation and many more.

    Some of the topics covered at the exhibition were Art of storytelling in news media, Propects of a career in corporate communications; Digital marketing as career, how to crack CAT/MAT, Future of design studies, hot careers abroad, Image management and many more on management, media and design.

    “ Edutainment is a wonderful platform for students like us who want to explore and know about different courses and careers avenues after class 12th. I have benefitted a lot and have got clarity now which course proceed and also the college,” said Moeena who cleared her class 12th.
